Who, What, Where, and Why:Best Foote Forward Lacrosse

Why Best Foote Forward?

When I began coaching college I was surprised to see the number of families showing up to campus visits kind of in the dark.  Happy to be there, but no real understanding of what it all meant.

My passion and goals include helping families and players prepare for the recruiting process and help create a pathway for how to put “Your Best Foote forward”( and not waste time or money while doing it!).

I started this platform for young players and parents because I know what it’s like to be searching for answers, searching for mentorship, searching for resources to help with your journey.  I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and uncertain. To be lost, searching for answers, and just unsure if you are doing all you can do to prepare for the road ahead.

I hope to connect and build and grow a relationship with you.  I hope to guide, mentor and prepare for whatever lies ahead.

For this reason, I feel so passionate about spreading my knowledge, resources, and connections to help families thrive and feel good about their journey and outcome.

This is not a “one size fits all” process and my hope is to be the resource you need to feel confident moving ahead.

My goal is to share my experiences, as a player, a college coach, and now as a mentor for all my female athletes in hopes to create clarity, a pathway, and a journey that is enjoyable (even through the tough times). It is manageable, and it's YOURS.

What does my initial consultation include?

The process should be looked at as a journey.   There is no “one size fits all” product that can perfectly match you to the school of your dreams, however, I hope to help provide tips, tactics, and education to ease the pain.   Journeys are marathons, not sprints.

The more educated and prepared we are, the less stressful the process can be.  You can begin to see it as a privilege, and honor instead of a scary beast!
