This includes player development and skills evaluation to help take your game to the next level.

This process can be stressful and tough to navigate without professional help!

YEAR LONG INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN INCLUDING COVID-19 PLAN OF ATTACK

I will work 1v1 with each athlete to educate and assist in the recruiting process.  Along with skill development, we will have honest and open conversations about finding the right "fit" for the athlete.  This is a year-long process that requires phone calls, emails, texts, and follow-up.  Prices reflect my knowledge, my network, and my time to aid in the process.

We will work together to improve your game, mentally, physically, emotionally. You will know how to prepare for phone calls, showcases, and create personalized emails and videos.

This is a year 1 on 1 long service that helps educate, evaluate, and plan as you navigate through the recruiting process.  

**Limited to 30 players a year**

If I decide we are a good fit and I can help I will assess the video, discuss where you are in the process, and create a plan for improvement and areas that I think you can improve to help put yourself in the best situation.

What is my role in the recruiting process?

After building a relationship and getting to know you as a person & player I will become the organizer and communicator to help players stay on track throughout the process.

Professional Recommendations: My role in the process is different than a club coach.  I am able to comment to coaches on personality fit, work ethic, the intangibles that might make the difference when deciding between two players.  

Your club coach will be your main contact with these coaches but I am an additional advocate for my clients, serving as a professional in my field.   

I do not sell players to coaches.  I help provide the tools that players need to help guide prepare players for the journey ahead.
