With over 15 years of lacrosse coaching at all levels, I bring a wealth of knowledge & experience to help players & parents navigate their lacrosse experience.

Hey ALL! I’m Crysti Foote

Founder and Owner of BFF lacrosse.

I teach the skill sets athletes need to become confident, articulate, strong female leaders.

I help mentor and guide their goals and dreams and track progress throughout.

Finally, I prepare them with the tools, tips, and tactics they need to be successful in life both on and off the field.

After coaching college for over 10 years, owning and running a club team, coaching high school and youth, I continue to see the real need for assistance and education for both player development and recruiting education.

My passion for mentoring, teaching, and relationship building has helped me develop this business.  My goal is to develop relationships with each family, educate them on the process and options, and then help guide to find the right “fit”.  It is not a one size fits all approach so I carefully handle and treat every family as its very own journey.

I also do player assessments and help create a pathway for players to follow to improve individual lacrosse skills.

BFF Lacrosse- Recruiting is an educational resource for athletes and parents who want the tools and resources needed to navigate throughout the recruiting process.  BFF Lacrosse provides personalized player development plans that help guide players to reach their full potential.

My goal is to use my personal experiences both playing and coaching at the highest level to help educate, prepare and navigate players and families throughout the ever-evolving recruiting process. 

It is a very unique and individualized process and there is no “one size fits all” plan of action. By evaluating each player athletically, academically, and personally, I can help put together a plan that is specialized to each athlete. This plan will help athletes navigate through tough questions, decisions, and conversations and be prepared for the journey. 

By educating families on rules, protocol, and team cultures together we can put all the pieces together and help find the right “fit”.

• PLAYERS WILL BE COACHED BY CRYSTI FOOTE WHO HAS COACHED AND PLAYED AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL TO HELP PREPARE FOR A COLLEGE LACROSSE PRACTICE

• ELITE LEVEL STICKWORK & INDIVIDUAL SKILLS TRAINING

• POSITION SPECIFIC TRAINING

• CREATIVE DRILLS THAT TRANSLATE AND PREPARE FOR COLLEGE PRACTICES

• EACH SESSION WE WILL TAKE 10 MINUTES TO HIGHLIGHT A TOPIC OF IMPORTANCE (NUTRITION, TIME MANAGEMENT, LACROSSE IQ, PLAYER DEVELOPMENT, MENTAL PREPARATION, LEADERSHIP, ETC)

• PROVIDE A TRAINING ENVIRONMENT FOR CURRENT COLLEGE PLAYERS HOME FOR THE SUMMER AND WANT TO TRAIN WITH OTHER PLAYERS IN THE AREA

• COMBINE INCOMING AND CURRENT LACROSSE PLAYERS FOR A UNIQUE AND COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT
  

CLASS WITH BE FAST PACED, HIGH LEVEL TRAINING.
