1-Identify your strengths- so you are highlighting yourself in the best possible light

2-Organize clips-help you organize your clips so that you are showing your strengths at the beginning

3-Speed up- so you cut down dead space and allow for more time to show what you can contribute to a coach

5-Identify quality and length of video- see what adjustments need to be made.

Need to increase lacrosse IQ? Have a bunch of games but haven’t taken the time to watch and learn?  Maybe you have taken the time to watch and create a highlight video but still need help really learning and analyzing video?

BFF Lacrosse offers “ Become a student of the game” 1 on 1 Game Film Review with Crysti Foote

This option includes film review with learning and feedback to give you skills to work on for the next 2 weeks. 

Become a student of the game

1-Pick a game you played in that you want to learn from

2- Set up a time/date to review we will schedule your zoom session

3- Take notes together and talk about goals for the next few weeks

4-Check back in with Coach Foote to discuss development and review more film- (generally we will then focus on parts of the game specific to player from initial meeting).
