30 minutes of instructional work with all players, diving into the nuances of the new and increasingly popular 6s format of Lacrosse prior to a 1-hour scrimmage / live gameplay.

We are limiting each age group 30 participants 40 Players Players will be placed on 'House Teams'  4 Goalies needed (contact me if interested!)
